He's focused on driving innovation and using new systems and tools (including chatbots and AI) to improve productivity for his internal and external clients, while maintaining compliance and security. He's led the IT efforts at E2open for 13 acquisitions in 3 years, developing scalable solutions to serve a global employee base.
