In 2013, Autumn co-founded YouEarnedIt, the award-winning SaaS platform that brought a new approach to the age-old dilemma of employee engagement, culture, and performance. Autumn led the company as CEO through multiple strategic investments, a 500+ global customer base with hundreds of thousands of end-users, and finally a strategic acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2018. YouEarnedIt, now KazooHR, is now the world’s most robust employee experience platform.

Autumn is now focusing her time in the consumer eCommerce space, driving the growth strategy for Cratejoy, the industry’s largest marketplace for unique, subscription-based product experiences. She also serves as Entrepreneur in Residence for Motley Fool Ventures, a $150M early stage fund.
