In this session, Autumn will share her lessons in leadership as an entrepreneur and leader in tech, while trying to figure out how to prioritize herself and her family through it all. Autumn will share how she has learned to lead with confidence and conviction, but not without hesitation, uncertainty, and a lot of trial-and-error. She will dig into the core operational practices that were the foundational keys to her success starting, scaling, and exiting a market-leading technology company, and what she learned that has helped her become a better leader, woman, and mother.
